Grand Chapters
A Grand Chapter is the governing body that supervises and governs individual Chapters. Its body consists of many members divided into subordinate local Chapters. Sometimes there will only be one Grand Chapter in a given state or region. However, there can be more than one Grand Chapter in one state from different cities.
